The Ministry of Justice reminds that until 30 October 2026, the call for offers is open under the Justice Fund competition. Programme No. 4/2026 aims to establish and manage Specialized Centres for Victim Support for Children over several years. The government has allocated a total of PLN 96 million for this purpose, to be spent in the period from 2027 to 2029.

The initiative involves developing a network of facilities dedicated to the youngest victims of crimes. Their task is to provide comprehensive support in three key areas: psychological, legal, and therapeutic. These actions are to be tailored to the individual needs of each child, which is intended to contribute to the more effective rehabilitation of crime victims.

Only entities outside the public finance sector that do not operate for profit may apply for the grant. This group includes, among others, foundations, associations, public benefit organizations, and church legal entities. The application procedure is exclusively electronic – offers can be submitted only via the AFS system.

Detailed competition documentation, including answers to questions from potential applicants, is available in the Public Information Bulletin of the Ministry of Justice. Organizers emphasize that the deadline for submitting documents is Friday, 30 October 2026, exactly at 15:30.
