1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected on the Site is the operator of the WawaLocal.pl portal. Contact: kontakt@wawalocal.pl.
2. What data we process
If you create an account: your e-mail address and the details you provide during registration (including data from your Google account if you sign in with Google). If you publish a listing: a contact phone number and the listing content. The Site also stores basic technical data (IP address, request time) in server logs.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to make the Site work (accounts, publishing and moderating listings), to handle your enquiries, and to keep the Site secure. The legal basis is the service you agree to and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict its processing, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
5. Security and sharing
The Site does not use third-party analytics or tracking. We do not sell data or share it with third parties unless required by law (e.g. a lawful request from an authority).
6. Job offers and company profiles
If you publish job offers or create company profiles, we process the data you provide (company name, contact details, offer description, logo) to display the offer and profile on the Site. Offers are visible for the period you choose (up to 90 days). You can edit or delete your company profile at any time; deleting a profile does not delete its job offers — they are archived.
