WawaLocal.pl Terms of Service
1. Subject of the terms
WawaLocal.pl (the “Site”) is a local information portal about Warsaw: it publishes news, events, district information and property listings. These terms govern the use of the Site and user accounts.
2. Content published on the Site
News and events are prepared by the editorial team, partly based on public information sources (e.g. RSS feeds). Some content may be prepared with the assistance of AI systems and is labeled as such. The editorial team verifies content before publication and strives to keep it accurate and up to date.
3. User accounts
Users can register with an e-mail address or a Google account. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data and for keeping their login credentials confidential. The user panel is available at users.wawalocal.pl.
4. Property listings
Users may publish property listings with a contact phone number. Listings are moderated by the editorial team before publication. Users are responsible for the truthfulness of the information they provide.
5. Copyright
Content published on the Site (texts, graphics) is protected by copyright. All rights reserved. Reproduction of the content without the editorial team's consent is prohibited.
6. Job offers and company profiles
Users may publish job offers and maintain company profiles. Job offers are moderated by the editorial team before publication and remain visible for the period chosen by the user (up to 90 days). Company profiles are published immediately upon creation; the user decides whether the company appears in the public catalog. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the job offer and profile content and of the contact details provided.
