The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) imposed a financial penalty of PLN 1,176,000 on the developer Groen Konstancin I. The administrative decision dated November 2, 2026, concerns misleading consumers by informing them about the possibility of increasing the living space of their apartments. The company, which builds houses in Konstancin-Jeziorna, presented an offer suggesting the adaptation of the attic, despite technical documentation excluding such a modification.
