From November 9-12, 2026, the Web Summit conference will take place in Lisbon, where Warsaw will present the potential of its local innovation ecosystem. The capital is participating in the event in the form of an organized business mission, involving a total of 32 organizations. The delegation combines representatives from the business sector with key scientific institutions and the business environment.

Composition of the business mission

According to data from the Office of the Mayor of Warsaw, the delegation consists of 24 business entities and 8 institutions and organizations. The group is dominated by startups, technology companies, investment funds, and organizations supporting entrepreneurial development. This set of participants aims to showcase the broad possibilities of the Warsaw market and the infrastructure that enables the creation of new ideas and technologies.

City's shared stand

Warsaw companies will not exhibit their products individually. Mission participants will promote their solutions at the city's shared stand, designated as E157 in Pavilion 1. As stated by the city office, creating such a shared space serves to increase the visibility of Polish brands and facilitate the establishment of international business relations by the organizers and investors present at the conference.

Thematic scope of the presented solutions

The offer from Warsaw's participants covers a wide range of industries, including artificial intelligence, finance, urban technologies, medicine, and robotics. In the area of AI and data analysis, projects will be presented by, among others, KOD.AI (generative artificial intelligence and process automation), AssociatePro.ai (an analytical platform for corporate banking), and Vortex Analytica (data analysis tools).

The financial sector is represented by entities such as BLIK, recognized as a leader in digital payments, and Kontomatik, specializing in open banking solutions. In the category of software and digital products, the company 10Clouds is present. Startup development and cooperation with the business are also supported by 4growth VC and The Heart.

Technologies focused on cities and the natural environment will be presented by, among others, SENSORBITE, which uses AI and geospatial data for environmental monitoring, and Waste24, providing digital solutions for waste management.

In the area of health and medical technologies, presentations were announced by Microbite.xyz, which uses artificial intelligence in dental diagnostics, and Therapy Support – a platform supporting therapists working in the cognitive-behavioral (CBT) stream. The delegation is rounded out by companies from fields such as accessibility (Migam.org) and robotics (SI Robotics), as well as other entities such as Smart Science, Sitescope, SoftwiseAI, Solvegio, Biovalley Research, Mission.inc, TAKŁADNIE Design Group, Uniperks, VASBOX, and VENI VIDI VIDI Agency.

Scientific and institutional support

Alongside business representatives, the mission includes institutions that form the foundation of Warsaw's innovation ecosystem. These include, among others, CEZAMAT at the Warsaw University of Technology, the School of Economics in Warsaw (SGH), the Medical University of Warsaw, and the Polish Innovative Foundation. The mission also includes FinTech Poland, the Society of Authors ZAiKS, Accelpoint, and the Perspektywy Educational Foundation.

The presentation of these organizations aims to emphasize that Warsaw's competitive strength lies not only in the commercial activity of companies but also in the extensive connections between the academic community and the business. As Joanna Popielawska, Director Coordinator for Strategy and External Relations at the City of Warsaw, notes, participation in Web Summit is a promotion of the potential of local companies and talented people who are creating solutions with global market potential.
