Last Tuesday, October 23, 2026, the Uniformed Forces Power Festival (Mundurowy Festiwal Mocy) took place in Krakow. The event aimed to promote physical activity and foster integration among representatives of various uniformed services. As part of the festival, the 1st Polish Cup in Kyokushinkai Karate for Uniformed Services was held, attracting participants eager for sports competition and the exchange of experiences.

During the karate competition, Acting Police Officer (Aspirant) Dawid Gogola, from the Personnel Department of the Wrocław Municipal Police, demonstrated a clear advantage over his rivals. The officer secured first place in his weight category, marking a significant success in the inaugural edition of the cup. Organizers emphasized that the festival provided an opportunity to test the endurance, strength, and technical skills of the competitors, as well as to build relationships among officers from different formations.

The event brought together the community of uniformed services, for whom sport is an essential element of daily duty. As indicated by the organizers, physical activity shapes not only fitness but also discipline, perseverance, and teamwork skills, which are crucial in professional competition and police operations. The festival was held under the Honorary Patronage of the National Commander of the Police, and the Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Województwo Małopolskie) was the Event Partner.
